| The Tabaco City Water District is committed to the improvement of the quality of life of the people within the service area of Tabaco City by providing and ensuring adequate and affordable water supply of potable water, and cooperate in maintaining health and sanitation projects, taking a leading and active part in environmental protection and management program particularly in the watershed area, and attaining corporate viability and reliability through judicious management of the human, financial and technical resources thereby assuring total customer’s satisfaction. | |||
