    Mandate
    Presidential Decree No. 198  
   (As amended by Preidential Decree Nos. 768 and 149, R.A. 9286)

    Declaring a national policy favoring local operation and control of water systems; authorizing
   the formation of local water districts and providing for the government and administration
   of such districts; chartering a national administration to facilitate improvement of local
   water utilities; granting said administration such powers as are necessary to optimize
   public service from water utility operations, and for other purposes:

    To be a leader – service provider of quality drinking water in the whole community of the city of Tabaco.


    Mission
   
    The Tabaco City Water District is committed to the improvement of the quality of life of the people
   within the service area of Tabaco City by providing and ensuring adequate and affordable water
   supply of potable water, and cooperate in maintaining health and sanitation projects, taking a
   leading and active part in environmental protection and management program particularly in
   the watershed area, and attaining corporate viability and reliability through judicious management
   of the human, financial and technical resources thereby assuring total customer’s satisfaction.
